SHIPPING (INDIA)

What is the delivery time PAN India?

Once your order is confirmed, it takes about 2 weeks for your order to be made & shipped. And then it takes 1-4 working days to reach you depending on your location. Total time of delivery from the date of order is 15 working days. (PAN INDIA)

Do you have COD?

Cash on delivery is unavailable.​

What is the shipping fee?

PAN India shipping is INR 150.

What courier company do you use?

We use multiple courier companies through Shiprocket.

How do I track my order?

Once your order is shipped, you will receive an E-mail with Consignment Number & Tracking link.

I missed collecting my order.

In case the package returns to us due to a failed delivery (incorrect address, did not pick up call, etc) delivery charge of INR 150 will have to be paid again for reshipment. There will not be a third attempt, a refund will be initiated in this case subtracting all incurred costs.

I think my order is lost.

We understand how important it is for your order to reach you safely. In the unfortunate event that your package appears to be lost, we will do our best to help.

If you live in a closed society, apartment, hostel, etc; it is possible that the package was collected by the security, kindly check with them first before reaching out to us.

Refunds or replacements will be offered only after reviewing the tracking information provided by India Post, our shipping partner. If the tracking clearly shows that the package has not been delivered, we will either resend your order (depending on product availability) or issue a refund.

Please note:

  • If the tracking shows the package as “Delivered,” we are unable to offer a refund or replacement.
  • We kindly ask you to double-check your shipping address and ensure someone is available to receive the package at the time of delivery.

INTERNATIONAL

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we do. International shipping takes 20-25 business days and is priced at INR 2500 irrespective of the nation.

What courier company do you use?

We use Speed Post by India Post as our courier.

My order is missing

International Returns/Exchanges

There are no returns/exchanges encouraged for any reason in internationally shipped orders. In case of a damaged or missing product, a store credit will be initiated from our end, no cash returns are available at the moment.

How does your sizing work?

Please measure yourself before placing the order,  as these are made out of non-stretch fabrics. Your order would be made TRUE TO SIZE to the size chosen from the size chart displayed unless mentioned otherwise.  

Products with a tie-up closure are adjustable. Other products have extra stitches provided at both side seams to loosen it up to 1 inches overall. You can also get a stitch added by your locality tailor to tighten it up to your desirable size. 

Do you customize?

Customizations in any form are not accepted.

I want my order to be shipped soon.

Since we are a made-to-order brand, we start making your product in that particular size only once the order is placed, these are not readymade to be shipped immediately. We follow the methods of slow fashion. And of course, art takes time ;)

How do I know if my order is confirmed?

Your order is not confirmed or reserved for you, unless the payment is confirmed through Razorpay on our website & you receive a confirmation mail from us stating your order is confirmed.

Money debited but order not confirmed.

In case of successful payment with amount deduction, but your order has not been placed, Razorpay will automatically initiate a refund. In cases otherwise, we will help you resolve the issue.

Order cancellation

Orders can be cancelled for a refund within 24 hours from the customers end, if and only the product is NOT SHIPPED WITHIN 24 hrs. No cancellations are entertained as we’re a made-to-order brand. We are happy to give store credit for any other cancellations due to personal reasons.

Orders can be cancelled from our end due to inventory issues at any time for a full refund.

RETURN & REFUND

What qualifies for a return?

We only accept returns under the following conditions:

  • You received a damaged item (proof required).
  • You ordered the wrong size and need to exchange it.

Please note that returns are not accepted for reasons such as dislike of the product, change of mind, or other personal preferences.

How to request a return?

  • Email us at sakhe.helpdesk@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving your order.
  • Once your return is approved, you must ship the item back to the address provided within 2 working days.
  • The return shipping must be initiated by the customer as well as the cost incurred. Unless the mistake was from our end.

Conditions for all returns & exchanges

Products must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags, packaging, and any freebies intact. If the product shows any signs of wear, wash, or damage, we will not be able to offer any refund or store credit.

Refunds & Store Credit

If the return is due to a customer-side issue (e.g., wrong size ordered), we offer a store credit (only for price of the products). Refunds are given when the mistake is from our end.

I want to exchange my product.

Exchanges are subject to product availability and treated on a case-by-case basis.

Some items are missing from my order.

We will initiate the shipment of missing items based on availability, or a refund will be provided.

Can I get a cash refund for my store credit?

No, once you have opted for the store credit option, you cannot exchange it for a cash refund.

International Refunds/Exchanges

There are no returns or refunds encouraged in internationally shipped orders. In case of return due to insufficient address or non-collection of the parcel, a refund of only the price of goods will be initiated. In cases of damaged, wrong or missing products a store credit worth the price of the product will be initiated.
