Shipping & Delivery

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we do. International shipping takes 20-25 business days. There are no returns or refunds appreciated in internationally shipped orders. In case of return due to insufficient address or non-collection of the parcel, a refund of only the price of goods will be initiated.

What is the delivery time?

Once your order is confirmed, it takes about 2 weeks for your order to be shipped. And then it takes 1-4 working days to reach you depending on your location. So, our total time of delivery from the date of order is 15-20 working days.

Do you have COD?

Cash on delivery is unavailable.

 

What is the shipping fee?

Free shipping on all orders PAN India.

What courier company do you use?

We use Speed Post by India Post as our courier.

How do I track my order?

Once your order is shipped, you will receive an E-mail with Consignment Number & Tracking link.

My order says it is delivered but I have not received it, what do I do?

If you live in a closed society, apartment, hostel, etc; it is possible that the package was collected by the security, kindly check with them first before reaching out to us.

I did not collect my order.

Please note that free shipping applies only once, in case the package returns to us due to a failed delivery (incorrect address, did not pick up call, etc) delivery charge of INR 100 will be charged. There will not be a third attempt, a refund will be initiated in this case subtracting all incurred costs.

I think my order is lost.

Cases where orders are lost due to incorrect address or  accepted by someone else especially in the cases of apartments, PGs or closed societies, please note refunds are not entertained in these cases.

How do I place an order?

You can place an order through our website only.

Do you customize?

Customizations in any form are not accepted.

I want my order to be shipped soon.

Since we are a made-to-order brand, we start making your product in that particular size only once the order is placed, these are not readymade to be shipped immediately. We follow the methods of slow fashion. And of course, art takes time ;)

How do I know if my order is confirmed?

Your order is not confirmed or reserved for you, unless the payment is confirmed through Razorpay on our website & you receive a confirmation mail from us stating your order is confirmed.

Money debited but order not confirmed.

In case of successful payment with amount deduction, but your order has not been placed, Razorpay will automatically initiate a refund.

Sizing

How does your sizing work?

Please measure yourself in inches to cross check before placing the order,  as these are made out of non-stretch fabrics. Your order would be made TRUE TO SIZE to the size chosen from the size chart displayed.  Corsets, Halters & Bralettes are adjustable as they come with a tie up feature at the back. Most Varkalas & Karlas have extra stitches provided at both side seams to loosen it up to 2 inches overall, or get a stitch added by your locality tailor to tighten it up to your desirable size. 

Returns & Refunds

What is the exchange/return period?

An exchange/return complaint needs to be brought to our attention through mail within 7 days of receiving the product. And the return has to be initiated within the next 2 working days after the discussion through mail.

Condition for returns.

All item(s) must be in the original condition with the original packaging and all tags attached, In order to be eligible for a refund/exchange. Any garments that appear to have been worn, washed, or altered in any way will not qualify for a refund. 

 

I ordered a wrong size and I would like to get it exchanged/return.

If there is a size related issue where the wrong size was chosen by the customer, you can mail us with your order number and we will exchange the product in the desired size based on availability, in case the same product is not available, a store credit/refund worth the amount paid minus INR 100 for shipping & convenience would be initiated once the item as been shipped back by the customer.

How do I return my order?

Return shipping cost will have to be covered by the customer as we offer free shipping only once. Please mail us for a return address.

There is problem with my order!

In unexpected & unfortunate circumstances where the mistake is from our end in terms of size/product, we would be more than happy to discuss the matter and see how the issue can be resolved. 

My product is damaged.

An uninterrupted unpacking video is required from the  start till the finish for claims made on damaged goods.

Can I get a cash refund for my store credit?

No, once you have opted for the store credit option, you cannot exchange it for a cash refund.
